Cloudy Bay – Sauvignon Blanc comes largely from vineyards planted on the Wairau Valley floor, where the climate and free-draining gravelly soils are perfect for Sauvignon Blanc. This includes the Estate, Motukawa, Widows, Red Shed, and Mustang vineyards
Whispering Angel – Award winning Whispering Angel by Chateau D’Esclans. A pale pink world famous Cotes De Provence Rosé Wine that is highly rated and has won many awards. The palest of pale pinks, this delicate rose offers a core of pretty stone fruit with some herbal notes. The palate is dry but smooth-textured, with an appetising mineral finish.

Bright golden in colour with a fine, delicate mousse and aromas of pear, mandarin and orange blossom on the nose. The palate is dominated by citrus and orchard fruit, with ripe lemon juice, orange and pear, alongside stone fruits and hints of ginger.
The wine displays notes of freshly baked bread and apple Tarte Tatin, with a long length and lively freshness on the finish.

🍷 Oliver & Greg’s Cabernet Sauvignon – Chile 1 x 75cl, from the famous Central valley region this delicious, warm wine is dark crimson colour with rich aromas of dark fruits and a hint of spice. On the palate it has lovely ripe flavours of blackberry and is soft in the mouth with a long finish.
🍷 Spee’Wah Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz – Australia 1 x 75cl, with great depth of fruit and a hint of elderflower with more solid berry fruit beneath. The palate has a slightly dry, cranberry character, but sweet fruit comes through and lots of pepper and spice into a long lasting finish. This silky wine is refined with cool fermentation and a slight hint of French oak. A classic Aussie blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon this Spee’Wah wine is crafted in the Murray Darling region.
🍷 Two Oceans Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot – South Africa 1 x 75cl, bright ruby red, with an abundance of blackcurrant, blueberry, cherry and mulberry aromas, with hints of oak spices. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully velvety with intense berry flavours and succinct fruit acidity. There are soft, elegant tannins and a lovely long finish.

🍾 Santa Rita 120 Reserva Especial Pinot Grigio – Chile 2 x 75cl, this Pinot Grigio is clean and bright yellow in colour, with fresh fruity aromas on the nose recalling pears and apples. The palate presents well-balanced acidity with a mineral touch. Fruity and elegant. In 1880, Don Domingo Fernandez Concha established the Santa Rita estate, he introduced French grape varietals and French winemaking techniques in his winery, and was one of the true pioneers of the winemaking industry in Chile.
🍾 Luis Felipe Edwards Chardonnay Lot 35 – Chile 2 x 75cl, this ripe chardonnay originates from the Rapel Valley and is a bright, pale golden yellow colour. Aromas in this Chardonnay include mature banana, pineapple, and subtle notes of toasted almonds and chestnuts. Fresh and fruity on the palate with flavours of melon and tropical fruit with a zippy citrus structure and a smooth finish.
🍾 Koppie Valley Chenin Blanc – South Africa 2 x 75cl, this lovely simple white wine has got pleasant citrus notes, with lime in particular being the stand-out aroma. There are notes of crisp green apple making it a clean tasting white with zesty flavours and a crisp lasting finish.
