🍾 Famed for its glorious aromas of spiced pear and apricot this Sauternes has lovely concentration. Fresh in a powerful way, the flavours are dense and long, with spiced power, depth and warm on the finish. This famous wine is rich, with well-integrated oak, and there’s lots of spice all the way through.
🍾 Deemed the world’s greatest sweet white wine, Château d’Yquem is located on a small hill and benefits from an exceptional micro-climate and terroir. The vineyard encompasses no fewer than 150 plots of different soil, and is pampered throughout the year, with each individual vine undergoing an average of 50 different annual treatments.
🍾 The selection process in Yquem is particularly stringent, with a local saying holding that a single vine makes a single glass of wine. Harvesting involves a minimum of four different passes in order to ensure the grapes harvested have reached perfect maturity and have been affected by noble rot.

A deep, dense garnet colour with aromas of blackcurrant and plum mixed with a hint of cigar smoke and with plenty of depth. On the palate there are mixed dark fruit flavours with a hint of liquorice, followed by vanilla and pipe tobacco with oaky notes on the long finish.
Château Montlabert is located outside the village of St. Emilion, Bordeaux. The Château takes its name from its founder, Michel Descazes Montlabert. The 12½ hectare Right Bank vineyard is planted with 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc with a vine density of 5,600 vines per hectare. On average, the vines are 25 years of age. The terroir of Château Montlabert is sand with clay, gravel and limestone soils.

With so much Petit Verdot in the blend, the wine has a lustrous royal purple colour, with flashes of bright crimson at the edge. Floral aromas of crushed violets and faded rose petals, along with griotte cherries, sun-warmed blackberries, and basil sometimes alternate with crème de cassis, melted dark chocolate, and black truffles.
On the palate, the wine is juicy and sleek, with a succulent core of racy, very fresh red and black fruit, along with fleeting suggestions of fennel, roasted coffee, and dark chocolate that echo the evolving nose. Restrained silky ripe tannins, and the bright minerality and intertwined berry acids of the Petit Verdot keep it nimble and refreshing.
Château Bolaire is situated on the “Isle of Macau” in a pocket well protected with a warm microclimate. The 4.5 hectares’ plantings consist of 40% Petit Verdot, 33% Merlot and 27% Cabernet Sauvignon. Château Bolaire is an interesting estate in the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation, the vineyards boast the largest percentage of Petit Verdot planted in all of Bordeaux. Some of the vines are over ninety years old.

Flavour: A full bodied, rich and fruity Red Wine, that’s bursting with plum and cherry flavours with an added lashing of spice. It’s calling to be paired with a deep Mediterranean spread in a chilled glass.
Family First: The Zuccardi family were the first to plant organically in Argentina’s Mendoza wine region. They’ve farmed sustainably for three generations and constantly strive for ways to reduce packaging costs, energy consumption and water usage.
Chemical Free and Organic: Not only was this winery the first in its class, they’ve even got their own wormery, which composts the grape skins and stems for organic fertiliser. Their passion for the land is repaid with grapes of the most intense flavour and quality.
