🍷 Oliver & Greg’s Cabernet Sauvignon – Chile 1 x 75cl, from the famous Central valley region this delicious, warm wine is dark crimson colour with rich aromas of dark fruits and a hint of spice. On the palate it has lovely ripe flavours of blackberry and is soft in the mouth with a long finish.
🍷 Spee’Wah Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz – Australia 1 x 75cl, with great depth of fruit and a hint of elderflower with more solid berry fruit beneath. The palate has a slightly dry, cranberry character, but sweet fruit comes through and lots of pepper and spice into a long lasting finish. This silky wine is refined with cool fermentation and a slight hint of French oak. A classic Aussie blend of 60% Shiraz and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon this Spee’Wah wine is crafted in the Murray Darling region.
🍷 Two Oceans Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot – South Africa 1 x 75cl, bright ruby red, with an abundance of blackcurrant, blueberry, cherry and mulberry aromas, with hints of oak spices. On the palate, the texture of this balanced red wine is wonderfully velvety with intense berry flavours and succinct fruit acidity. There are soft, elegant tannins and a lovely long finish.

The wine is seductively round and smooth with discreet, beautifully integrated tannins adding an attractive dryness and grip.

Château Musar 2017, Bekaa Valley – Lebanon 1 x 75cl, the world famous Château Musar is a bewitching creation that continues to cast a spell over wine lovers everywhere. The 2017 vintage a bright ruby colour and there are sweet red cherries, mulberries and plums on the nose with a hint of tea tree and liquorice. The tannins are soft and well-integrated and this vintage has good acidity, depth of fruit and a long finish. Cellared well, it will age beautifully for decades.
The Federalist Bourbon Barrel Aged Red Blend – USA 1 x 75cl, this aged blend includes Merlot, Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes which make for a wonderful full-bodied wine, full of rich black fruit flavours and supple tannins. It is made using Federalist’s unique process, where the wines are aged in barrels for six long months, to give them the thick flavour and character and are then kept in Bourbon barrels for another 6 months to give the wine it’s unique and famous character.
