Call of Duty Season 1 Reloaded start times

Given the number of days left in the Season 1 battle pass, the mid-point should occur around January 17. And if this midseason update follows Call of Duty’s past update times, Season 1 Reloaded could go live around 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM BST.

What to expect from Season 1 Reloaded

This first season of MW3 launched with three new weapons in the battle pass, but the midseason update is set to add two more guns to the weapon pool. The HRM-9 submachine gun and TAQ Evolvere light machine gun will both be available to unlock with in-game challenges.

Amazon’s The Boys return to MW3 with more Supe operator bundles and a limited-time mode called Supe’d Up. Additionally, midseason updates usually include new challenges to complete, plenty of shop bundles, weapon balancing, and bug fixes as well.

Season 1 roadmap

Warzone

Season 1 Reloaded is set to bring a few new features to battle royale, including the familiar Weapon Case event and the Champion’s Quest nuke challenge from last year. There’s also a brand-new feature called Covert Exfil, which is vaguely described as offering a new “secondary exfil” option.

MW3

Season 1 added Meat and Greece as two brand-new multiplayer maps, but a third map is confirmed for the midseason update. Rio is a standard 6v6 map that is described as being “small-to-medium-sized” and taking place in an upscale shopping center in Rio de Janeiro.

Three new game modes are announced for Season 1 Reloaded. This includes Call of Duty’s classic Infected and Headquarters modes. There’s also a team-based Gunfight mode, which is a large-scale 6v6 version of Gunfight that is played on standard MP maps.

Ranked Play arrives in multiplayer. Just like previous years, Modern Warfare 3’s Ranked Play mode lets players compete with the same maps, modes, and rulesets as the Call of Duty League, offering the ability to climb Skill Divisions and earn exclusive cosmetic rewards.

Not a lot of details are available for Zombies mode, but Season 1 Reloaded includes a new Warlord boss to defeat. While additional information is not confirmed, it’s possible the mode will include more challenges and updates.

In other news, Modern Warfare 3 recently added a meme shop bundle, poking fun at Call of Duty’s infamous “update requires restart” prompt.
