The Campo Viejo Gran Reserva is a ruby red with a lightly browned edge. This red wine has a complex aroma that is deep and vibrant in colour. While, it retains the fruity aromas of ripe red fruits, such as blackberry, blueberry, cranberry and black plums, enabling the red wine to be extraordinarily well balanced. The Gran Reserva has a mild flavour that fills the mouth with sweets and refined tannins. A long, elegant and perfumed with finishing touches of coffee with a tinge of chocolate. The term Gran Reserva indicates that this Campo Viejo red wine has been aged for two years in oak casks and a further thtree years within the bottle, to produce a red wine that has been aged to perfection.
